Subtropical Agriculture and Life Science Training Project presents special lecture by Dr. Park

Dr. Park Kyung Seok of Rural Development Administration, ROK, presented a special lecture to the faculty and student participants of Subtropical Agriculture and Life Science Training Project (Lee Dong Sun, Director) in a Sustainable Agriculture Research Institute lecture hall last Tuesday (June 30, 2015). The lectureship was sponsored by the 2015 Regional University Specialization Project (Creative Korea-1; CK-Ⅰ).

Dr. Park spoke about the title “Plant Disease Resistance using Microorganisms”.

In his talk, Dr. Park discussed the efficacy of volatile organic compounds derived from the bactericide, EXTN-1, in controlling plant defense against bacterial pathogens.
