"Jeju Vernacular Vocabulary Study" by Korean Language and Culture Center's SJ Kim on list of 2015 best books

Staff Researcher Kim Soon Ja of Jeju National University Korean Language and Culture Center was notified of her book entitled "Jeju Vernacular Vocabulary Study" was picked to be on the Sejong list of 2015 Best Books by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The book consists of three parts, 1. Jeju vernacular and sea, 2. Jeju dialect and culture, and 3. a few nomenclatures to establish the subject of Jeju Studies.

Books for the Sejong list of annual best books are chosen by a panel of evaluators including scholars, publishers, and critiques.
