어린이급식센터, 집합교육 실시
Children's Meal Centers in group education class

Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial 1·2·3 Children's Meals Centers (Directors Ko Yang Sook for Center 1; Chae In Sook for Center 2 and Lee Yoon Kyeong for Center 3) got together for a group education session on “Values of slow and traditional foods” in Jungmun, Seogwipo, last week (July 18 and 25, 2015).

More than 70 registrants included Center Directors, nutritionists and chefs.

The education program discussed ▲ Personal sanitary management and appropriate attire for cooking works ▲ safety management in cooking ▲ traditional red pepper paste making.
