현동걸·신애경 교수, 우수논문상 수상
Profs. Hyun Dong Gurl and Shin Ae Kyung win superior research award

Professors Shin Ae Kyung and Hyun Dong Gurl of the Department of Science Education at Jeju National University Teachers College jointly received a superior research presentation award at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Korean Society for School Science held at the National University of Education last week (August 6, 2015). Their award-winning research paper dealt with the development and characteristics of a transparent screen.

The transparent screen allows a visual observation of the light paths and real/biased images transmitted or reflected through a lens or mirror.

The screen device helps the students understand the concepts encountered in teaching the properties of light and the geometric optics.
