JNU staff and students volunteers to visit So-Rock-Do Hansen patients hospital

A volunteers team of Jeju National University will be at National So-Rock-Do Hospital located in So-Rock-Do island, Koheung County, Chonnam Province, starting this Friday (August 21 through 24, 2015).

The team is comprised of 20 JNU staff and student volunteers.

The famed Hansen patients hospital was established in 1916 during the Japanese occupation of the country.

The volunteers will provide various services to care the patients and clean the environment in and around the hospital and the island.
