Call for 13th class of university public relations ambassadors

The Jeju National University Institute for Public Relations and Publishing (Kang Chang Nam, Director) calls for applicants to serve as JNU Public Relations Ambassadors in their 13th class of ambassadors program. Deadline for application is September 9, 2015.

'The public relations ambassadors play many publicity roles on the campus (for example, tour of campus for freshmen prospects and their parents) and in various extramural activities publicizing the university and its many programs.

Freshmen, sophomores and juniors with an average GPA of >3.0 (>1.8 for foreign students) are eligible to apply. Foreign student ambassadors are expected to speak Korean adequately.

Each ambassador selected is entitled to a C-grade scholarship (duplicate scholarship receipt not permitted), activity stipend, uniform, and certificate of excellence, etc.

A qualifying examination (application dossiers) is followed by interviewing at 14:00, September 11.
