2014 Fall Semester-degree conferment ceremony held

The 2014 academic year Fall Semester degree conferment was observed in a university wide ceremony held in Ara Muse Hall earlier today (August 25, 2015).

Twenty five doctorate, 225 masters and 451 baccalaureate degrees were conferred on 701 graduating students at the ceremony.

President Huh Hyang Jin addressed the degree earners and challenged them to face any future challenge with courage and positive mind.

Jwa Gil Hoon (69) and N. Ronald George (69) was recognized for being the eldest graduate (MS, Department of Electrical Engineering) and (MS, Marine Life Science), respectively. The youngest degree achiever is Song Hyung Kyeong (22, Biology).

 ▲ Outstanding research publication = Park Saem (MA, Geography Education), Oh Chang Il (MA, Marketing Management), Han Hye Sook (MA, Social Welfare）
 ▲ Meritorious performance = Yoon Young Shik (MA, Consulting Psychology)
 ▲ Meritorious perofrmance = Yang Yoon Chul (MA, Marketing Management)
 ▲ Presidential Prize/Summa cum laude  = Park Yoon Gwi  (Molecular Biotechnology)
 ▲ Dean's List = Yang Ji Eun (Sociology), Cho Ah Young (Journalism), Kim Eun Joo (Management), Kim Hana (Tourism Management), Lee Jong Ryul (Accounting), Sohn Yeon Hi (Trade), Kim Dong Yoo (Economy), Hyun So Ra (Tourism Development), Park Sun Joo (Management Information).
