Lee Na Rae wins gold medal in national taekwondo meet

Lee Na Rae, junior in Physical Education and a member of the JNU Taekwondo Team, came away with a gold medal from the 38th National Collegiate Taekwondo Meet held in Gwanyang Indoor Stadium in Gwangyang City, Chonnam Province, last month (August 29 through September 3, 2015). She won the top prize in woman's 49 kg division by beating Han Mi Ok of DongAh University in the championship match.

Lee Na Rae thus became the strongest taekwondo champion in the university women's category.
