WISET센터, 김희준 교수 초청 명사특강
WISET Center participants heard Prof. Kim Hee Joon at special lectureship

Jeju National University WISET (Women In Science, Engineering and Technology) Jeju Regional Center (Doh Yang Hee, Director) invited Professor Kim Hee Joon, Seoul National University, Department of Chemistry, for a special lecture in the “Scientific Culture and Its Spreading” series. Professor Kim talked about the big bang universe at the lectureship held in Samsung Girls High School last Tuesday (September 22, 2015).

Professor Kim has been cited as “Most Likeable Scientists and Engineers-2005” and “Korea’s Best 100 College Lecturers-2012.” He is the author of the opular books [Math Seen Through Science] and [Philosophical Questions with Scientific Answers].

The WISET Jeju Regional Center implements program to promote science and engineering among women and supported by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning,  the National Research Foundation of Korea, Korea Woman Scientists and Technologists Support Center, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Department of Woman and Family Policy, and Jeju National University.
