Dr. Kang Jung Chan gets achievement award from Environment Minister

The Jeju National University Department of Biology Professor Kim Myung Sook and his research team were recognized for an outstanding contribution to the conservation of nature at the 37th Anniversary of the Declaration of Environmental Conservation sponsored by the Ministry of Environment.

Dr. Kang was specifically awarded for his investigative work on the extinct seaweed species in the Sungsan and Marado Island waters.
