박물관, '제주문화상징 99선' 사진전 개최
Museum to exhibit 99 symbolic images of Jeju Island culture

Jeju National University Museum (Huh Nam Choon, Head Librarian) set the dates of October 26 through November 20 for a photographic gallery to exhibit “99 Selected Symbols of Jeju Island Culture” in the center hall of the museum.

The forthcoming exhibition is part of the effort to publicize the humanities-2015 beyond the campus boundary.

The display includes some of the works of the best known photographers including Mannong Hong Jung Pyo and Hanjip Jin Sung Ki.

The gallery goers are expected to see 23 natural scenes, 23 historical and cultural heritages, 28 community and livelihood images, and 25 photographs of Jeju religion, vernacular, and artistic symbols.
