Han Ji Hoon wins the best research presentation prize

Han Ji Hoon, MS candidate in wind power engineering at Jeju National University Graduate School (Professor Huh Jong Chul, Mentor; Professor Ko Kyung Nam, Corresponding Author), was awarded the best research presentation prize at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the 2015 the Korean Society for Power System Engineering held in Busan last week.

The prize-winning paper dealt with the ways and means of preventing lightening damages to the wind power generators.

Mr. Han’s paper was part of the review article published in the Journal of the Korean Society for Power System, volume 19, number 2. It was one of the three best papers among 88 presented at the annual meeting.
