Volunteers to serve in South Sri Lanka

Jeju National University Vice President for Student Affairs Ko Yoon Hi and other officials urged the JNU Global Volunteers team to Sri Lanka for their voluntary activities at a send-off ceremony earlier today (January 11, 2016). The team's main activity site is Kalandenia area south of the Sri Lanka capital city Colombo.

The team is comprised of education and medical service groups scheduled to provide volunteer services during January 13~27 and 20~27, respectively.

The JNU global volunteers program aims at promoting the better understanding of culture in different countries and for the participants to develop global perspectives of world community.
