JNU undergraduates Kim, Oh and Hyun win research presentation awards

Three undergraduate students of the JNU Department of Electrical Engineering/Smart Grid-Clean Energy Convergence Industry Training Project (Lee Gae Myung, Director) each won a superior research presentation award at the recent scientific conference on smart grid and solar energy research at Jeju National University. Junior Kim Soo Hyun presented his research paper entitled “Contribution of JNU Solar Generator to Summer Peak Electric Power Consumption” and went away with the outstanding presentation award from the Korean Society for Electric Power-sponsored Smart Grid Studies Fall Meeting this week.

Sophomore Oh Eun Bin won a superior presentation award for her paper “Sale Prices for MW Solar Energy Station” and Junior Hyun Soo Jin earned the same award for her presentation entitled “Comparison of Electric Power Characteristics from Domestic MW Solar Energy Stations.”
