JNU College of Natural Science and Ryukyu University to jointly administer 2nd Winter program

The 2nd Winter program course was jointly administered by the Jeju National University College of Natural Science (Lee Nam Ho, Dean) and the Ryukyu University Faculty of Science of Japan (Hideo Yamazaki, Dean) to allow for the students of the both institutions to enroll in the short term course at Ryukyu campus last week (January 4-11).

Seven students from the Faculty of Chemistry and Cosmetics and the Department of Biology participated in the winter course under the sponsorship of the JNU Biodiversity-based Natural Cosmetics Project (CK-1).

They each earned a Certificate of Participation for having successfully completed the 60-hour course at Ryukyu University.

In the meantime, a Japanese counterpart team of students is expected to participate in the 2nd Summer Program course to be offered at JNU campus next September.
