Western Vegetables RIS Project held products fair and buyer consulting

Jeju National University Western Vegetables RIS Project (Lim Sang Bin, Project Director) had a promotional show of the products for nine domestic and foreign buyers/distributors in the JNU Department of Food Biotechnology seminar room last Tuesday (January 12, 2016). Broccoli, cabbage and other vegetable products on display and buyer consulting were those manufactured by eleven affiliate member companies.

The distributors/buyers participating in the promotional show were Natural Village (Jayeon Maeul), Lee Han Sang Moo Trading Co., Ilsung Distributors, PLO Cham Nong, E-Farm, ACE 21, Food Mate, Jeju Eco Food and Earth Village (Jigoo Maeul).

The project affiliate businesses manufacturing the products included Jeju Aloe Farm Coop, Jeju Soybean Industry, Gamiwon, BK Bio, Green Jeju(Preun Jeju), Hallasan Green Pork, Green Field (Preun Deul), Taeyang Export Trading Coop, Hallasan Foods, Jeju Sarang Farm and Fisheries Products, and Jeju Gwarang.

The distributors/buyers showed special interest in cabbage concentrates, apple juice made from apple and cabbage cultivated without agrochemicals, soybean-broccoli milk, and cabbage preservatives pies.
