CK아열대사업단, '유통기한 설정 시험교육' 실시
CK Subtropical Agriculture Project students learn about delivery/distribution business

The students affiliated with Jeju National University Subtropical Agriculture and Bioscience Training Project (Lee Dong Sun, Director, CK Subtropical Agriculture Project) received a special education on delivery schedule involved in the distribution industry held in the College of Life and Resource Sciences auditorium last Monday (February 15, 2016).

The special education session was conducted to cover essential features in the delivery and distribution business, especially in food industry.

The program covered such topics as △ setting delivery and distribution schedule △quality changes during delivery △methods of quality assessment for food △delivery timeline establishment process △ operating example cases △testing of delivery and distribution schedule, and related practical concerns.
