Prof. Lim Yoon Kyu’s team win research presentation award

Professor Lim Yoon Kyu and his team (Professor Kim Jae Hoon, Kim Soo Yeon, Cho Jong Moon, Kim Min Koo, and Yoo Jung Ah) of the Jeju National University College of Veterinary Medicine won a superior poster presentation at the 2016 winter symposium of the Korean Society for Experimental Animals last week.

The award-winning poster was entitled ”Precision apiculture based on ubiquitous sensor technology’.” The research was based on the application of IoT technology to apiculture (beekeeping). The work was supported by a grant from the frontier production technology development program sponsored by Korea Institute of Planning and Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.
