Exchange program between Taikyo University and JNU established



On their visit to Jeju National University Monday (March 2016), officials of Taikyo University (Okinaga Yoshihito, President) signed the agreement to establish the bilateral exchange program to facilitate students and research information exchanges.

The agreement provides the many opportunities for the two institutions to collaborate and exchange (a) researchers and students, (b) publications, and (c) joint seminars and conferences, as well as in other mutually beneficial areas of exchange.

Under the joint program, each university plans to dispatch 5 students to the other institution with the waiver of admission fees and tuitions.

Taikyo University in Japan was founded in 1931, with currently operating five branch campuses in Itabashi and other cities. The university system is comprised of the College of Medicine and nine other colleges. In addition, it runs Law School and ten specialized graduate schools.
