Instructions on Jeju native food offered by Children's Meal Centers



The Jeju National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation-administered Children’s Meal Centers 1, 2, 3, and 4 held an instructional class for dieticians, cooks and chefs in the College of Natural Science Cooking Laboratory last Saturday (April 16, 2016).

Ms. Kim Ji Soon, specialist in Jeju traditional food, covered the following items in her class: △octopus porridge △ mixed fernbrake dish (“jab chae”)△ buckwheat “bing” cake △ Jeju soybean paste source & tofu-tomato salad.

For those who missed the class, the same instructional program will be offered on April 30, 2016.
