JNU alums Wi Sung Gon and Oh Young Hoon elected to National Assembly

At the latest national elections held last week (April 13, 2016), Jeju National University alums Wi Sung Gon (48, Dubbler Democratic Party, Seogwipo Precinct) and Oh Young Hoon (47, Dubbler Democratic Party, Jeju City Precinct) each won a seat in the 20th National Assembly.

The assemblyman-elect Wi earned his baccalaureate degree in horticulture; he also served as the student body president in 1991.

The assemblyman-elect Oh obtained his management bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Department of Management and the Graduate School of Management, respectively. He too served as the JNU student body president in 1993.
