Cooperation with Jeju Creative Economy Center to make Jeju a "Carbonless Island 2030" signed

Jeju National University (Huh Hyang Jin, President) and Jeju Creative Economic Reform Center (Chun Jung Hwan, Director) signed the bilateral agreement to collaborate on making Jeju a “Carbonless Island 2030” (Carbon Free Island 2030) at a signing formality earlier today (April 14, 2016).

Jeju Creative Economic Reform Center received 40 self-energy motivated electric bicycles from Halla Group, 30 of which were then donated to Jeju National University for studying new synergy operating systems.

The two institutions expect the collaborative contributions to making the island of Jeju carbon free through the study and use of the electric bicycles on the campus.
