GTEP, 도내업체와 상해식품박람회 참가
GTEP and affiliates publicize Jeju farm and fishery products at Shanghai trade expo

Global Trade Experts Incubating Program (GTEP, Rah Kong Woo, Director) at Jeju National University sent its project and Jeju business affiliate participants to the 2016 Shanghai Food Expo “SIAL CHINA 2016” in Shanghai, China, last week (May 5~7, 2016). The GTEP team exhibited and publicized Jeju farm and fishery products at the trade show.

The Shanghai food expo is one of the largest of its kind worldwide. Its17th event this year attracted over 50,000 participants and visitors representing international food and fishery products companies from more than 90 countries. More than 2,700 display booths were provided for the products from around the world at the expo event.

The JNU GTEP group and its six business affiliates, Jeju Development Corporation, Changhae Fisheries, Taerim Trade Co., Hallasan Sungamyoung Citrus Farm, Jekis, and Young Jaein were on hand publicizing a number of products processed and manufactured in Jeju. The team consulted over 170 trade cases and had sample sales worth about one million won.
