김석범 문학 심포지엄 22일 개최
Kim Suk Bum Literary Symposium begins tomorrow afternoon

A symposium entitled “From Jeju-Native-In-Japan to Global Literature” will be held in the College of Humanities auditorium tomorrow at 13:00.

The symposium is co-sponsored by JNU Center for Jejuans in Japan (Choi Hyun, Director) and Tamla Culture Research Institute (Kim Dong Yoon, Director) and dedicated to the lifetime literary work of the writer Kim Suk Bum.

The symposium also commemorates the publication of his multi-volume work <Volcanic Island> printed in Korean last year.

The afternoon symposium chaired by Professors Kim Hwan Ki (Dongkuk University), Huh Myung Sun (Jeju National University) and Huh Nam Choon *Jeju National University) features several speakers who share the literary thoughts of Mr. Kim Suk Bum.
