‘JNU 2022 Youth Job Fair JOB-ARA FESTIVAL’

The ‘JNU 2022 Job Fair JOB-ARA FESTIVAL’ was held to resolve mismatching of local youth employment for college students and young job seekers in Jeju,

The biggest feature of this job fair was that the entire JNU Student Center was decorated as an exhibition hall, which meant JNU intended to go closer to students preparing to get a job after the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the event, there was also a job briefing session with personnel managers of participating companies and the time to directly listen to job success know-how and job success strategies from seniors who is in the field.

The venue was heated by the enthusiasm of students preparing to get a job while employment counseling, career guidance and employment consulting, psychological counseling, provision of employment support information by employment support organizations in the province, global JOB FAIR for students preparing for overseas employment, and R&D JOB FAIR for graduate students are also provided to prepare for employment.

Furthermore, events to provide products to participants on site and in employment special lectures added to the fun.

Kang Tae-young, head of the LINC 3.0 business group at JNU said, "Through this job fair, which was held offline for the first time since COVID-19, JNU tried to provide a lot of job-related information to young people preparing to get a job and also organize events to create jobs through industry-academic cooperation, such as resolving employment miss matching."
