Cho An-joon, CEO Design and Food Culture Corp., delivered a scholarship at JNU on the 2nd of March. A total of KRW 6 million of ‘Hakso Scholarship’ was given to two students from the Department of Food and Nutrition at JNU graduate school.

‘Hakso’ is named after the late Hwang Hak-so, an independence activist and Cho’s grandfather-in-law.

JNU development fund delivery ceremony was held with a scholarship award ceremony in which the two students participated.

Design and Food Culture Corp. was established on December 30, 2009 for the purpose of design development related to food culture and globalization of Korean food culture design. The company has donated a total of KRW 55 million in scholarships for 10 years since 2014 to help foster talent in JNU's food-related industry.
