JNU (President Kim Eel-hwan) and Korea East-West Power (President Kim Sung-moon) signed a business agreement to exchange technologies, research and development, and foster manpower in the renewable energy industry at JNU on the 25th of April.

Through the agreement, the two organizations decided to cooperate with each other to operate and participate in educational programs for △ Promoting technology and information exchanges for the development of the Jeju wind and hydrogen industry △Cooperating in commercialization using joint promotion of wind and hydrogen R&D and performance △ Training of wind and hydrogen personnel.

President Kim Eel-hwan said, “Through this agreement, JNU will not only foster specialized talents necessary for the development of the wind power and hydrogen industry but also contribute to job creation and revitalization of the local economy in Jeju Island.”
