JNU LINC 3.0 Project Group (Director Kang Tae-young) held an opening ceremony for the 6th NH Nonghyup Employment Academy with NH Nonghyup Bank at the JNU Industry-Academic Cooperation Center on the 14th of April.

Ko Woo-il, head of NH Nonghyup Bank's Jeju headquarters delivered a special lecture on the theme of "Jeok Seon Ji Ga Pil Yu Yeo Gyeong"-if you continue to do good things, luck will not only reach you but also your offspring. The 6th NH Nonghyup Employment Academy runs until June 30th.

The Academy consists of lectures by executives and employees of NH Nonghyup Bank, Nonghyup National Federation, NH Investment & Securities, etc. It provides special lectures on banking and securities business, personnel and organizational system of banks, understanding of Nonghyup business and Nonghyup finance, understanding of agricultural products for the MZ generation.

In addition, there are other sessions such as ‘Conversation with JNU Alumni’, who recently joined NH Nonghyup Bank, and ‘Mentoring with Incumbent NH Nonghyup Bank Employee’ in preparation for NH Nonghyup Bank’s open recruitment.

Moreover, training programs such as ‘Practical Self-Introduction Writing Method’ and ‘Practical Interview Skill’ have been run in order to strengthen practical employment capabilities to prepare for employment in the financial sector.

Completion recipients will receive a certificate from JNU president and a certificate from the head of NH Nonghyup Bank's Jeju headquarters. In particular, outstanding trainees will be awarded citation signed by the head of NH Nonghyup Bank's Jeju headquarters.

Kang Tae-young, head of the JNU LINC 3.0 project group said, "The project group has made great efforts with NH Nonghyup Bank's Jeju headquarters to foster excellent financial talents in the region," adding that "We will continue to work hard in order to improve the living environment of local youth.”
