On the 11th of July, JNU (President Kim Eel-hwan) held a " Meeting with JNU Employees with Multiple Children" in order to show appreciation and offer encouragement for JNU employees with four children for their dedication to childbirth and child-rearing.

The meeting was organized to create an environment to encourage childbirth in JNU, identify difficulties between multi-child family care and work life. It was also an opportunity to discuss ways to enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance through improvements in benefits and compensation, aiming to improve overall satisfaction in both work and family life.

One employee at the meeting expressed the opinion, stating, "The institutional childcare conditions have improved significantly with the increase in family allowances for each child and the improvement of childcare time calculation methods. However, I hope that JNU continues to make efforts and show interest in creating a more child-friendly atmosphere for childbirth and parenting in the future. “

President Kim said, "JNU takes pride and is always grateful for the employees raising multiple children, especially in these times of low birth rates. JNU will make every effort to create a university environment where multi-child employees can work happily without any worries.“
