On Sept. 11, 2023, 'JOB-ARA FESTIVAL', 2023 Youth Employment Job Fair, was held for JNU students and local young job seekers at the JNU Gymnasium.

The event was in collaboration with both local and external major corporations and public institutions in Jeju. Additionally, a total of 45 companies from various sectors, including tourism, finance, and local businesses presented company information and provided job opportunities. In addition to job recruitment, the event featured activities aimed at career exploration, such as the Berkman assessment, self-introduction consulting, practical AI interview experiences for employment, and mock NCS exams.

Moreover, the event included special features, such as talk concerts and mentoring sessions with employees from well-known companies like Amazon, Nike, LG Electronics, Kakao, and Amorepacific, who shared valuable information and insights about employment, motivating young job seekers.

Various supplementary activities for job seekers were also organized, including profile photos, personal color analysis, OX quizzes, and a competition called "Employment WINNER."

Kang Tae-young, the director of JNU LINC 3.0 Project, said, "Hopefully, this event, the largest job fair in Jeju, serves as an opportunity for young job seekers to explore their career paths connecting to practical employment. Also, ‘JOB ARA’ becomes a platform for communication between companies and students."

The ‘JOB-ARA FESTIVAL’ was jointly organized by JNU LINC 3.0 Project Team, JNU Career Development Center, JNU Student Council, the Jeju Industry-Academia Convergence Foundation, Korea Midland Power Co., Ltd., the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation, Jeju Tourism College's LINC 3.0 Project Team, and Jeju Halla University's LINC 3.0 Project Team.
