JNU Central Library (Director Kang Hee-kyung) will invite lawyer Park Joon-young and hold a book talk in the medium auditorium of the College of Social Sciences at 14:00 on Nov. 1. Park's lecture will be held under the theme of ‘The World of Simple-hearted People’ followed by a Q&A and an writer’s autograph event.

Lawyer Park, the real protagonist of the movie "Re-Trial", drew the innocence of the suspects by taking charge of the retrial of the case where he was unfairly sentenced as a criminal in Suwon homeless girl murder case and Iksan Yakchon-ogeori taxi driver murder case, etc. Park, known as Korea's best lawyer for retrial, appeared on a famous domestic TV show. He wrote books such as ‘Our Lawyer’ and ’Justice Delayed’.

Director Kang asked for a lot of attention and participation, saying "It will be an opportunity for Jeju residents, as well as JNU students and faculty members, to sympathize with and communicate with the ‘World that simple-hearted people dream of'."
