Prof. Ha Kyung-ho, Department of Food Science & Nutrition at JNU, recently won the ASN 2023 Award for Excellent KNS Young Scientist (ASN Young Scientist Award) at the ‘2023 International Conference of the Korean Nutrition Society’ held at the Dragon City Hotel in Seoul.

The ASN Young Scientist Award is given annually by the Korean Society of Nutrition and the American Society for Nutrition to one outstanding emerging researcher in Korea as part of their collaborative activities.

Prof. Ha has been actively conducting research to identify dietary factors related to the risk of cardiovascular disease and publishing related results in prominent domestic and international academic journals.
