-Boosting JNU Image at 3 Major Facilities
JNU (President Kim Eel-hwan) established photo zones at three locations on its campus—the Industry-Academic Cooperation Center, the Student Center, and the Central Library—in August.
These photo zones, featuring JNU's mascot character ‘Jerogi,’ are gaining popularity among visitors and school members alike, having been strategically installed at major locations on the JNU campus.
Each Jerogi Photo Zone, featuring a 1.8-meter-tall three-dimensional sculpture, was created to promote a sense of school pride and belonging among JNU students, as well as to enhance JNU's overall image.
The Jerogi Photo Zones were installed in three main campus locations—the Industry-Academic Cooperation Center, the Student Center, and the Central Library—allowing both school members and visitors to naturally capture memorable photos.
JNU plans to utilize these newly installed Jerogi Photo Zones to promote and revitalize campus programs, such as future photo shoot events.
President Kim stated, "We hope these photo zones, featuring Jerogi, JNU's mascot character, will transform JNU into a welcoming space easily accessible to everyone, including students and Jeju residents."
