Education Reform Headquarter provides mentoring for freshmen

Jeju National University Education Reform Headquarter (Yang Chang Yong, Director) ran a youth mentoring program “Do Run, Do Learn” for this year’s incoming freshmen last Sunday (September 27, 2020).

The phrase, ‘Do Run, Do Learn,’ refers to “talk quietly, practice what you learn.”

The program was aimed at preparing the graduates and graduate school students as prospective teachers while offering the opportunities to the freshmen for community living and college life.

The program was peviously scheduled for the early stage of the academic year, but it was delayed and modified to a modest scale mentoring program in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.

The participants were satisfied with the modified mentoring program in spite of the anti-viral spread measures taken.
