농협제주본부와 지역 1차 산업 발전 업무 협약
LINC and Jeju Nong Hyup agree to work on industrial development plan

Jeju National University LINC+Project (Kang Cheol Woong, Director), Nong Hyup Bank Jeju Regional Branch (Dae Geun, Director), and JNU Future Agricultural Managers Education Project (Kim Dong Soon, Director) got together to establish the Jeju regional primary industrial development’s win-win cooperation business plan.

Through the cooperative efforts the three organizations are committed to cultivate agricultural managers based on personnel education, joint research for primary industrial ecosystem of low carbon green growth, and other regional societal development.

They will also operate “the future expert agricultural managers academy” in order to cultivate superior farm managers needed for the Jeju region. The tripartite body jointly plans to offer and administer the practical business education course (relevant to jobs and start-up enterprises) until December 17 during the 2020 academic year Fall semester.

Director Kang observed that the cooperative agreement trains future expert farm managers to lead the development of Jeju’s primary industry.
