LINC+Project to collaborate in training with NH-education institute

Jeju National University LINC+Project (Kang Cheol Woong, Director) signed the agreement with NH Bank-Jeju (Kang Seung Pyo, Bank President) and NH Nong Hyup Bank Chungju Education Institute (An Jong Jin, President) to collaborate in personnel education.

The participating organizations have been involved in the personnel training program in the financial industry area since 2018, and the NH bank Jeju branch and Chungju Education Institute jointly implement the education program and its planning and consulting activities for an efficient management of the “NH Nong Hyup Jobs Academy.” With the agreement signed, the “3rd term NH Nong Hyup jobs academy opened.

The 3rd term academy opened with special presentations by NH Jeju Branch President Kang Seung Pyo (“Social contributions of industries”) and Chungju Education Institute President An Jong Jin (“Requirements of Nong Hyup employees”) and continues its program until December 11, 2020.

Executives and staff of the Nong Hyup organizations provide special lectures and on-site experience program covering such subjects as banking, stocks, insurance, capital management and related financial industries, personnel affairs, organizational system, understanding Nong Hyup businesses and Jeju economy, financial trends and their understanding, and marketing, etc.

Also, to help prepare for employment in financial industry area, writing the self-introductory narratives and learning mock interview skills are being arranged. The participants completing the Academy will be presented the certificates endorsed by JNU President and NH Nong Hyup Bank Jeju Branch Directorate.

Director Kang expects the collaborative agreement to improve the NH Nong Hyup jobs academy program.
