GTU사업단, ‘코로나19 시대 교사의 역할' 특강
GTU Project Special Lecture: “Role of Teachers in COVID-19 Period”

Jeju National University Teachers University Project (Oh Hong Shik, Director) hosts Professor Chung Man Young of the College Science Education Faculty Biology Education Majors for a special online lecture “Role of Teachers in COVID-19 Period” next Friday (14:00, October 23, 2020).

The speaker served as a research scientist with the Austrian Vienna University Faculty of Microbiology (DOME). He is a virology expert dealing with Corona and other viral subjects.

The GTU Project arranged the lectureship for strengthening prospective teachers of their global-multicultural potentials by looking at the mechanism of COVID-19 spread, advances in vaccine development, and to consider the future societal education and teachers’ role.

The lecture will be provided untact online in real time and open to anyone interested by connecting to it through the youTube channel “gtu jnu.”

Director Oh urged not only the prospective teachers, but also parents, current teachers, and anyone else interested in education to watch the program.
