Prof. Oh runs for 10th Presidency of Faculty Senate

The Jeju National University Faculty Senate Presidential Election Committee (Professor Lee Wang Shik, President) has announced earlier today (October 6, 2020) that Professor Oh Hong Shik, current President of the faculty association, is the Only candidate registered for the 10 presidential election.

Professor Oh earned his doctorate degree from Kyushu University, and served in several capacities such as Dean of the JNU College of Education, President of the Korean Society of Ornithology, and others. Currently, he is active in several national committees related to the ornithology and fisheries.

He directs the global teachers university project. The election takes place later this month (October 15, 2020).
