Jin YP wins grand prize at 2020-Practical training essay contests

Jeju National University LINC+Project (Kang Cheol Woong, Director) announced earlier today that Jin Young Pyo (Department of Journalism and Public Relations) won a Grand Prize at the 2020 On-site practical training essay contest. Her winning title of the essay was “Skillful reporter’s life.”

Other contest winners included Choi Eun Taek (Superior; Animal Biotech Majors), Kang Yoon Gwan (Excellence; Computational Statistics), Kang Hyun Joo (Excellence; Korean Language and Literature), Kim Joo Won (Merit; Korean Language and Literature), Chang Soo Min (Merit; Tourism Development).

The essay contest was based on practical on-site experiences of the participant students during their practical training in summer 2019 and 2020.

Grand Prize winner Jin said that the practical on-site training was an extremely valuable learning experience and cherish the memory for a long time.

The LINC+Project plans to continue the program as it greatly helps train the participants to prepare for searching and obtaining jobs successfully.
