Jeju black cattle center picked for excellence in food R&D project

Jeju National University Jeju Black Cattle Research Center (Professor Park Se Pil, Director) has announced this week (November 24, 2020) that its project “Industrial Scale Breeding of Jeju Black Cattle for Commercialization” was picked for its excellence in performance in the area of agricultural and food R&D for two years in a row in 2018 and 2019.

The Agricultural and Food Technology Planning and Evaluation Institute (iPET) evaluates the nationally funded R&D projects for annual performance assessments.

A high ranking iPET evaluative score was afforded to the Jeju black cattle research institute project for renewal of its grant support based on results obtained by the institute.
