김명숙 교수, 한국과총 우수학회상 수상
Prof. Kim MS awarded for contributions to scientific society

Professor Kim Myung Sook, Department of Biology, Jeju National University and President, Korean Society of Algal Biology, was awarded for her contributions to the Korean Association of Scientific and Technological Societies which earned the distinction of a “2020 Outstanding Scientific Society” in Korea last Thursday (December 17, 2020).

The Korean Society of Algal Biology was established in 1986 to promote scientific research revolving around the biology of marine algae through the publication of its society organ (an SCIE periodical).

Presentation of the award was conducted untact due to the ongoing CIVID-19 pandemic.
