Sustainable data science group holds BK project open lab

Jeju National University BK (Brain Korea)21 Sustainable Growth Data Science Education Study Group (Professor Kim Min Chul, Director) plans to run the OPEN Lab to introduce educational tracks and support programs by encompassing BK project research laboratories for the participating students later this month (January 26, 2021).

The study group provides education and benefits for graduate school students through OPEN Lab BK21 project.

Predoctoral fellows involved in the project serve as mentors to introduce the study plan and development process to the participant students.

Professors of the college of economics and commerce departments of tourism development, management information, economics, fashion attire, and life environment welfare faculty participate as adjunct professors. The faculty in its entirety numbers 14 and diverse disciplinary graduate students are also expected to enroll.

Jeju TechnoPark, Jeju Tourism Organization, Kyung Hee University Smart Tourism Center and related institutions’ internships constitute the industry-academy coupled program for solving industrial society problems.
