JNU Law School holds entrance ceremony for 2021 spring semester

Jeju National University’s School of Law (Director Ko Bong-jin, Law School) held the entrance ceremony for its 2021 spring semester.

Some 40 people gathered on Tuesday (March 2) in the school’s grand auditorium to commemorate the newly enrolled members’ fresh start as law students. To stop the spread of COVID-19, the law school allowed for the attendance of only the new students, law school faculty, and university president, without inviting guests from outside the campus.

During the ceremony, the law school declared the acceptance of the students after which the students took the oath of entrance, followed by the words of encouragement by the law school director and the university president.

In his speech, Director Ko Bong-jin of JNU School urged the new students to concentrate on their degree program and actively manage their graduate years with a positive attitude.

President Song Seok-eon also expressed his anticipation that the new law students will make incessant efforts to complete the three-year course without regrets.
