JNU College of Ocean Sciences hosted the ‘2025 Career Day at College of Ocean Sciences’ from September 15 to 16.

The event, jointly organized by the 39th Student Association of the College of Ocean Sciences (‘Haegyeol’), the Department of Career Employment, and the College's 4th Administrative Office, focused on helping students explore and prepare for their careers.

Special lectures on career paths were held daily at noon during the event. Freshmen and sophomores attended sessions themed ‘Power to Understand Me, the First Step to Open Your Career,’ while juniors and seniors participated in lectures titled ‘What is AI Competency Test? Should I Do Well in Competency Test?’ Instructors from the University Job Plus Center provided systematic career preparation guidance to JNU students.

A variety of hands-on programs were also featured. Through activities like anagrams, personal color tests, and one-on-one consultations with job consultants, students explored suitable career directions. Interactive events, such as career crossword puzzles and ‘Marine Animal MBTI,’ were available throughout the event.

Dean Cho Eun-il stated, "The College of Ocean Science will continue to support JNU students in discovering their potential and establishing specific career directions."
